Do you accept my insurance?
I do accept clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Magellean managed insurances. Please contact member services with your insurance to see if I am an in-network provider for you. At this time, I have limited availability for insurance paying clients.
What is your out of pocket cost?
My rate for a 50 minute session is $120. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a super bill for you to submit for reimbursement.
How long does each therapy session take?
Individual sessions are 50-55 minutes. If you are using insurance, I am only able to offer 50-55 minute sessions for couple and family therapy due to insurance regulations. If you are paying out of pocket, we can explore 90 minute sessions.
What can I expect at my first session?
I know how nerve-wracking it can be to start something and meet someone new, and therapy is no different. I do my best to honor what feels comfortable to you. During the first session, we will review what the process will look like, and we will talk about your struggles and what changes you are hoping for.
